We do our best to describe products accurately and keep prices up to date. All prices are in Nigerian Naira and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If a pricing error is discovered after you order, we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel.
Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it and take payment. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or payment can't be verified — and will refund any amount paid.
Delivery and returns
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Returns are accepted as described on our Returns & Refunds page.

Products are for personal use as directed on their packaging. Information on this site is general guidance and not medical advice. Always patch-test new products and consult a professional for skin conditions.
Intellectual property
The Janeskincarehub name, logo and site content belong to us or our licensors. Brand names and product images belong to their respective owners.
